Pacific Mall in East Delhi is huge and is nowhere less than any North American Shopping Malls. Although most of the people do Window shopping In Indian Shopping malls. i went there March, 2008 and it was great experience.
Most of the Shopping Malls are hangout place for couples. I have never seen number of couples that i have seen in New Delhi in my life in Toronto. I guess may be because of Population of Delhi.
If you go to shopping malls, parks or any less expensive restaurants all you see is couples.
